⚡️🇺🇸🇷🇺🛢️ Donald Trump hat eine Vereinbarung mit Russland über die Lieferung von 5 Millionen Tonnen russischem Diesel an die Vereinigten Staaten und globale Märkte angekündigt. Das US-Finanzministerium hat eine vorübergehende Lizenz erteilt, die Transaktionen für den Import russischen Diesels bis zum 7. April 2027 autorisiert.
🔻 Putin bestätigte die Bereitschaft Russlands, Öl und petrochemische Produkte zu liefern. Der russische Vizepremier Novak kündigte die vorzeitige Aufhebung des Diesel-Exportverbots an, um die Lieferungen an die Vereinigten Staaten und Partner zu gewährleisten.
🔻 Die Lieferungen sind in Stufen geplant: 300.000 Tonnen sofort, 500.000 im November, 1 Million unmittelbar danach, weitere 3 Millionen später. Die Ölpreise haben bereits nach der vorübergehenden Lizenz einen Rückgang verzeichnet.
🔻 Zelenskyy kritisierte die Vereinbarung, während Deutschland die Sanktionen beibehalten wird. Einige Stunden nach der Ankündigung der Vereinbarung traf die Ukraine eine russische Tankstelle, wobei sie erklärte, dass sie die Angriffe auf Raffinerien fortsetzen werde.
