⚡️🇫🇷🔥In tens of thousands of students and workers marched in the streets today, October 8, in various French cities for Act IV of the mobilization, with the main gathering in Paris, where Place de la Bastille filled with protesters.
🔻 Blocks and marches were also recorded in Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Rennes, and Reunion. The student and worker unions have already called for a new day of mobilization on Tuesday, October 13.
🔻 Jean-Luc Mélenchon, leader of La France insoumise and candidate for the French presidential election, described the mobilization as “a powerful demonstration of youth” and reiterated the appointment for October 13.
