⚡️🇮🇹🚨The autopsy on Abderrahim Fakir, which began this morning at Sant'Orsola, would have confirmed the presence of a large quantity of blood in the lungs and respiratory tract, already detected by the CT scan.

🔻 The preliminary hypothesis is that Fakir may have died suffocated by his own blood while he was immobilized on the ground. However, it is not yet a definitive cause of death: the examinations histological and toxicological will be needed, for which the Prosecutor's Office has granted 90 days.

🔻 The consultants will also have to verify any possible trauma, pre-existing pathologies, the effect of the spray, the prone position and the correctness of the resuscitation maneuvers performed by the rescuers.
