⚡️🌍⚽️The FIFA would be evaluating the sale of a share between 20% and 30% of a new company for the management of the World Cups. The operation, supported by JP Morgan, would be worth around £15 billion.

🔻The project provides that the new company would administer the men's, women's and Club World Cup. The FIFA would maintain the majority, while the 211 affiliated federations would receive shares to keep or sell.

🔻The UEFA has strongly criticized the plan, stating that "the soul and governance of football are not goods to be traded" and arguing that football institutions should not cede shares of game management to private investors.
