⚡️🇩🇪🏭BMW has announced a plan to reduce around 8,000 jobs globally by the end of 2027. The company plans to implement the cuts through a voluntary exit program.

🔻The plan will mainly affect administrative and research and development staff in Germany, while production workers will be excluded.

🔻BMW aims to reduce costs of around 1 billion euros per year from 2028. The car manufacturer had already revised its profit forecast downward, citing a slowdown in sales in China.
