⚡️🇵🇱🚨 In Poland a constitutional crisis has erupted after a judge of the Constitutional Court suspended the president and vice-president of the Court, accusing them of obstructing the installation of the new judges elected by Parliament.

🔻 The decision has intensified the clash between Prime Minister Donald Tusk and President Karol Nawrocki, supported by PiS, who had already refused to install some of the judges appointed by Parliament.

🔻 At the center of the tensions is the control of the Court, still largely composed of judges appointed during PiS governments. Tusk wants to renew its composition, while Nawrocki contests the legitimacy of the new appointments and defends the current institutional arrangement.
