⚡️🇺🇸❌🇮🇷The United States have revoked the temporary authorization that allowed the export of Iranian oil, granted on June 22 as part of the negotiations with Tehran. The measure comes after three attacks against tankers reported by the UKMTO in the last 48 hours.

🔻 The Department of the Treasury has revoked the General License X in its entirety, replacing it with the General License X1. From July 7, new purchases and new shipments of crude oil, petroleum products, and petrochemicals from Iran are prohibited, while authorized transactions can be completed by July 17.

🔻 After the announcement, global oil prices have increased, while Washington has declared its intention to continue negotiations with Tehran despite the tightening of restrictions.
