⚡️🇮🇹👷🏻‍♂️The ex-GKN Factory Collective has launched two days of mobilization to celebrate five years of struggle from the announcement of the layoff of 400 workers from the Campi Bisenzio plant by the multinational GKN, giving life to the longest permanent assembly in Italian trade union history.

🔻July 11th is expected to be a concert with the participation of several artists, followed by a nighttime procession and a camp. On July 12th, an assembly will be held at Villa Montalvo, in Campi Bisenzio, with the slogan: "What the capital destroys, the movement creates".

🔻The two days will take place after the closure, on June 30th, of the popular shareholding campaign in support of the realization of the first socially integrated factory, where, with a dispute that has been ongoing for years, the workers of the former GKN are trying to convert the plant with an ecological and sustainable industrial plan.
