⚡️🇮🇹⚖️Mario Roggero has entered the Bollate prison to serve 14 years and 9 months. In 2021, the jeweler from Grinzane Cavour, Italy, chased three robbers who were fleeing after the robbery of the store, killing two and wounding a third.
🔻The judges have excluded the right to self-defense, considering the danger to have ceased at the time of the shots, and the Court of Cassation has confirmed the compensation: around 780,000 euros to the families of the two robbers killed and 10,000 euros to the surviving accomplice.
🔻After Nordio's announcement on the start of an investigation for the pardon, Mattarella reminded that the initiative and the concession of the pardon are constitutional prerogatives of the President of the Republic.
🔻The wife of the killer has submitted the pardon request, while the Prime Minister Meloni has recalled the new Security bill, which aims to exclude the right to civil compensation for those who suffer damage while committing a crime, as well as for their families.
