⚡️🇮🇹🇹🇷🤝The Italian government has authorized the birth of the parity joint venture between Leonardo and Baykar "LBA Systems" to develop and produce new-generation military drones on Italian territory.
🔻 The company will work on the Bayraktar TB3 and Akinci, involving the Ronchi dei Legionari sites for unmanned, Turin for production, Rome Tiburtina for multi-domain technologies and Nerviano for the space sector.
🔻 The government has imposed constraints on the protection of strategic technologies and on export, which must be directed towards countries aligned with EU and NATO policies.
